By accessing or using Trade Buddy AI, including the website, Chrome extension, backend services, AI analysis features, and paid subscription features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Trade Buddy AI is an educational and analytical tool designed to help users review trading risk, behaviour, discipline, journaling, and process quality.
Trade Buddy AI does NOT provide:
- financial advice
- investment advice
- trading signals
- guaranteed outcomes
- market predictions
- instructions on what position to take
All information, analysis, scoring, coaching, or AI-generated content provided through Trade Buddy AI is for educational and informational purposes only. You remain solely responsible for your own financial, trading, and risk-management decisions.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital. You acknowledge that use of Trade Buddy AI does not eliminate risk and does not guarantee improved performance or profitability.
Trade Buddy AI may generate outputs using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should not rely on AI output as a substitute for your own judgment or professional advice.
You agree:
- to provide accurate information when using the service
- to use the service lawfully and responsibly
- not to misuse, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service
- not to rely on the service as financial advice or as a guaranteed decision-making system
- to maintain the confidentiality of your own account credentials
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused, misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates risk to the platform or other users.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Billing and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Pricing, plan features, and usage limits may change over time.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable once charged. If there is a billing error or service issue, contact support and we will review the issue in good faith.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Trade Buddy AI may experience downtime, maintenance periods, third-party outages, API interruptions, or feature changes.
You may not use Trade Buddy AI in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful to others, or intended to interfere with the operation, security, stability, or integrity of the service.
Trade Buddy AI, including its branding, interface, text, code, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the service does not give you ownership of the underlying product or software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Buddy AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, trading-related, emotional, financial, or business losses arising from or related to use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade Buddy AI and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion where reasonably necessary for security, operational, legal, abuse-prevention, or policy reasons.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
